Bronson Caves aka Batman Caves in Hollywood Hills are the new best viewing spot for Hollywood Sign.
Besides having a significant impact on cinema – man made Bronson Caves, featured in early-days Batman movies, are known among the locals as a fun and easy 20-25 min hike. Its an unusual destination point and one of the few caves around Los Angeles area that are worth checking out.
Fun destination point for hiking with kids!
How often do you get to go and hang out in the cave? Well, here’s your chance to explore Bronson Caves. I mean, just imagine all the selfies you can take there. If you have children, they will absolutely will love the experience of monkeying around the tunnels. They aren’t that long although you could bring a flashlight for “special effects.”
There are several near by hills that have hiking paths laid through the brush, however they are a bit hard to navigate and are a bit steep. The views that open from above are simply breathtaking and worth the short climb. You have a great overview of the surrounding Griffith Park mountains, the city and of course the infamous Hollywood sign. Btw the photos will come out great even with smartphone.
After checking out several spots around the Griffith park and Hollywood hills we’ve determined that this spot is ultimately the best for shooting selfies with Hollywood sign and coined it as the Best New View Hollywood Sign .
