Mystery Spot Location in Santa Cruz?
Looking for Mystery Spot address, here it is :
465 Mystery Spot Rd, Santa Cruz, CA 95065
We’ve seen way too many cars driving around NorCal with a silly yellow sticker – mystery spot bumper sticker. After a few more encounters we Googled the place and it turns out it has an official website! Furthermore it is located on the Mystery spot road, where else? Immediately we set out on a mini quest to investigate what was soo mysterious about this part of the Redwood forest and why every other person promotes this local attraction
A gravitational anomaly located in the redwood forests just outside of Santa Cruz, California. – states the official web page
Gravitational anomaly in the redwoods of Santa Cruz
This is one of those places you need to see to believe. We’ve done our research and there was just something sketchy about this whole scheme – gravitational anomaly located in the redwoods outside of Santa Cruz – stated the official website.
Looking at the photos from Yelp and Instagram something simply didn’t add up. People standing at strange angles to the ground; crooked trees, after a few clicks we became intrigued and simply decided to swing by the Mystery spot next time we were on our way to Santa Cruz.
Mystery Spot – where gravity doesn’t make sense! A place where laws of acceptable Newtonian physics are bent! Complete mystery where your senses are playing tricks on you! Crooked, but straight houses! Water flowing uphill! Pendulums acting in unexpected way! A complete mind-boggling experience that would be fun for adults and kids alike.
Mystery spot with kids
This attraction isn’t probably the greatest for infants. We visited Mystery Spot address went before we had a little one and there was a bit of a lecture/show involved with the program. Therefore we’d recommend it for kids 7 and up. Little kids simply wont have enough patience.
You should add this to your itinerary on the trip down to Santa Cruz. In fact you can even swing by the attraction site on the way to Monterrey. I wont say much more, just not to spoil all the fun.

It was a fun and silly experience that parents and kids would enjoy alike so we added it to our Santa Cruz with kids itinerary.
Santa Cruz with kids Itinerary:
[…] Santa Cruz beach weather is beyond temperamental. You will find the climate hard to predict even during the summer. Summers here usually last from May to September with overcast gloomy mornings and bright sunny afternoons. The remainder of the years is a tossup; sometime you can catch a nice warm summer day in the winter and other way around during the summer. You will often experience an Indian summer in S.C., with warmest temperatures occurring in the fall. Tip of the day: Make sure to bring extra layers for your kids and of course yourself, you never know what to expect from unpredictable seaside breeze. Every trip we’ve taken to Santa Cruz the beach was cold melancholic and gray. Instead of staying at the beach one time we ended up going to their little downtown area – which unfortunately is infested with the homeless in Santa Cruz. On another occasion we checked out the Santa Cruz Wharf Pier to watch the marine life –specifically sea lions. Other trips included the Shark Fin Cove and Natural bridges venture. Of course we explored the redwoods including Henry Cowell State Park and the Mystery spot. […]
